The Superfood Supper Salad

Take advantage of the hot grill and cook green and purple kale leaves over the coals too. The heat slightly wilts and chars the kale, and a light spritz of olive oil and a dash of salt keep it flavorful. Ripe heirloom tomatoes round out this colorful and hearty salad.
