Ingredients 1 cup chicken broth3/4 cup brewed coffee1 tablespoon unsalted butter1 teaspoon dried oregano1/2 teaspoon kosher salt1 cup long-grain rice
In a medium pot, combine chicken broth, coffee, butter, oregano, and salt. Bring mixture to a boil; add rice, stirring to combine. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook until rice is tender, 18 to 20 minutes. Remove from heat; serve warm.
