Ingredients 2 cups water1 Tbsp. vegetable oil2 Tbsp. coconut milk (optional)1 Tbsp. salt1 cup white rice
In a saucepan over medium heat, bring water, oil, and coconut milk (if using) to a boil. Add salt and rice. Reduce heat to low and cook covered until water is completely absorbed, about 25 minutes. Grains should be tender and separate.
