This masculine-chic cocktail was conjured up at Le Colonial in San Francisco.

Ingredients
- 3 ounces Reed's Ginger Brew or other ginger beer
- Juice of 1/4 lime
- 1 1/2 ounces Gosling Black Seal Bermuda Black Rum or other dark rum
- Candied ginger garnish
Directions
In a tall chilled glass or a glass filled with ice, add 3 ounces cold Reed's Ginger Brew, or other ginger beer, and juice of 1/4 lime. Top with 1 1/2 ounces Gosling's Black Seal Bermuda Black Rum or other dark rum. Garnish with candied ginger.
