Chef Curtis Stone created this seafood cocktail sauce for Oprah's Australian barbecue held on Queensland's pristine Whitehaven Beach, near the Great Barrier Reef. Servings: Yields 4 cups of sauce
Ingredients 3 cups ketchup2 Tbsp. lime juice1 Tbsp. minced garlic2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish2 tsp. ground cumin2 tsp. ground coriander1 tsp. ground black pepper1/4 cup diced red onion1 avocado , diced small1/4 cup cilantro , diced small1 tsp. Sriracha chili sauce1 tsp. Kosher salt
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix until all ingredients are completely incorporated. Serve with seafood.
