"Whenever I'm on my way to the hotel, I always stop off at the Hickory House from the airport to have these ribs before I check in. They're that delicious.... They're really only good when the sauce is running down your face."
What makes them so delicious? "I think because they're succulent and they're juicy and they're moist and they're overloaded with flavor," Colin says.
