Servings: Makes about 1 cup
Ingredients
  • 2 ounces (1/2 cup) finely ground (in a coffee grinder) or grated bittersweet chocolate

  • 2 oranges , peel only
  • Whipped cream , for garnish
  • Orange peel or slice, for garnish
Directions
In a saucepan, combine the chocolate and milk, add the orange peels and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute. Strain the peels and discard. Garnish with whipped cream and orange peel or slice. Serve immediately.

Recommended ingredient: Buy quality chocolate bars, such as Callebaut and Valrhona—available at grocery stores or online at chocolatesource.com.
