Try this scrumptious recipe for French toast created by the women of the 20 Years Younger Challenge with the help of fitness expert Bob Greene.

To make French toast: Beat eggs together with milk and cinnamon in a shallow bowl until well blended. Dip each bread slice into egg mixture, thoroughly coating both sides.
Add Bestlife™ Spread and oil into pan. Place bread slices into pan in a single layer, turning over once until they are golden brown. To make glazed walnut topping: Melt the Bestlife™ Spread. Add cinnamon and walnuts. Toss French toast in mixture until glazed. Serve hot with fresh seasonal berries if so desired.
