Spread this glaze on top of Rich Chocolate Cake
, or use it as a dip for strawberries and other fresh fruit!
Servings: Makes 1 1/3 cups
- 6 ounces bittersweet chocolate , finely chopped
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
Place the chocolate in a small metal bowl.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, bring the cream to a boil. Immediately pour over chocolate. Let sit undisturbed for 5 minutes.
Stir the chocolate and cream. Add corn syrup and stir until smooth.
