Directions
Place the chocolate in a small metal bowl.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, bring the cream to a boil. Immediately pour over chocolate. Let sit undisturbed for 5 minutes. Stir the chocolate and cream. Add corn syrup and stir until smooth. From the Spring 2006 issue of O, The Oprah Magazine
