Servings: Makes 8 6-ounce servings
Ingredients
  • 4 cups sliced and peeled champagne peaches or thawed frozen peaches
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup peach schnapps
  • 8 mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup champagne
Directions
Place peaches in a blender and puree with orange juice, lemon juice and schnapps. Add the mint and pulse. Pour into a container and stir in the champagne. Chill and serve.
