1 bag ready-cut broccoli slaw mix or 2 heads broccoli , heads removed, stems julienned
2 carrots , julienned
1/2 red onion , julienned
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 cup low-fat mayonnaise
1 cup low-fat sour cream
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. honey
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
Extra-virgin olive oil
Directions
