Blueberries, Strawberries, Blackberries with Sour Cream

This dessert emphasizes the glorious simplicity of perfectly ripe berries accented with a simple sauce.

Servings: Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
  • 1 pint each blueberries and strawberries and blackberries
  • 1 cup non-fat sour cream
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
Directions
Wash and drain berries on paper towel.

Combine sour cream, brown sugar, pure vanilla extract and salt in a bowl.

Pour over berries and gently combine.
