Ingredients
- 2½ cups tomato juice
- 1¼ tsp. horseradish
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1¼ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- ¾ tsp. celery seed
- ¾ tsp. kosher salt
- ½ tsp. ground black pepper
- ¾ cup basil vodka
- 4 small celery stalks with leaves, for garnish
