Servings: Serves 4
Ingredients
Marinade
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup black soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup ponzu sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. freshly ground black pepper
Skewers
  • 1 pound boneless beef striploin , cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 4 red bell peppers , cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 8 8-inch bamboo skewers , soaked in water for 30 minutes
Directions
Add all the ingredients for the marinade in a mixing bowl and combine well.

Evenly distribute the cubed beef between the skewers. Place a piece of beef on first, then add a piece of red bell pepper. Continue until all of the skewers are prepared. Pour the marinade over the beef skewers and allow them to marinate overnight, or for a minimum of 6 to 8 hours.

Preheat your grill or flat top. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 4 minutes on each side, turning as needed.
