These no-cook skewers make for a colorful, pantry-friendly appetizer you can vary according to your guests' tastes. This isn't a recipe as much as an outline.
Makes 16 or more skewers

Ingredients

  • Anchovies
  • Artichoke hearts
  • Chunk-style tuna packed in olive oil
  • Cocktail onions
  • Cornichons or gherkins pickles
  • Pepperoncini
  • Pimento- or cheese-stuffed olives
  • Roasted peppers
  • Toothpicks

Directions


Arrange four or five items on each skewer.
