These balsamic- and honey-sautéed strawberries taste great on their own—or mixed into a salad.
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
Total time: 10 minutes
Combine the strawberries with honey and balsamic vinegar. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and saute strawberries until well-coated and softened, about 5 minutes. Remove and let cool; refrigerate for up to 2 days.
