Absinthe Breeze Martini

The Absinthe Breeze Martini marries the classic martini with the Parisian twist of absinthe.
Servings: Serves 1
- 3 ounces Plymouth Gin
- 1/2 ounce absinthe
- Lemon twist
Add gin to your mixing glass. Gently rinse martini glass with absinthe by swirling it around and discarding the liquid. Fill your mixing tin with ice.
Shake gin with ice well. Strain into absinthe seasoned martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
