Stephen and Eric are teamed up to help AJ, a recently widowed mother of young twin daughters. AJ's husband was shot and killed, and now she's faced with raising the girls alone. When the team hears how AJ is struggling to provide for the family and keep their house, they realize her future really is in their hands. "It's hard to believe we only have five days to raise all this money to help her pay off her mortgage," Stephen says. "If she loses this house, she loses the entire support system that is really carrying her through this incredibly difficult time." |
