Mo'Nique
She's been called the "Queen of Comedy." Now, Mo'Nique's earning the title "Queen of Late Night" with her new talk show. The highest-paid entertainer ever on BET, Mo'Nique has already welcomed stars like Chris Rock, Steve Harvey and Queen Latifah to her new stage.

Mo'Nique says she always dreamed of hosting a talk show. "It is everything I imagined, and it's far beyond my imagination," she says. "Every night when I come through those elevator doors, I'm a kid in a candy store. I'm a little girl on the first day of Kwanzaa. I am on my first date. I'm at my wedding. Everything is happening in those moments because I'm walking in the midst of my dream."

Mo'Nique's weight loss
Mo'Nique's also working hard to get healthy. While she's thrilled to have lost 45 pounds, some of her long-time fans are angry. "I've always said there is nothing wrong with being big and beautiful, but let's be healthy," she says.

With love, Mo'Nique has a message for her critics. "Here's what I would ask you: Would you rather I die of obesity and have all of those issues and problems? Or would you rather say: 'You know what, sister? Get healthy. We want you to be around for as long as you can,'" she says. "Because that's exactly what I'm saying to y'all. Get healthy. Be around for as long as you can so that you can meet your grandchildren, so that you can meet your great-grandchildren."
