Meal: Well, tonight I'm cooking tomato sauce, which I call gravy, and I'm making meatballs. I'm also making this big vegetable medley with broccoli and artichoke hearts and fresh spinach with toasted pine nuts on top, and then I'm also going to roast some potatoes and purple onions. So I've got sort of vegetably stuff going on at the moment.
