1. Welcome to Sanditon
From the creators of the hit The Lizzie Bennet Diaries comes another cheeky Web series, inspired by Austen's unfinished novel, Sanditon. Follow Allison Paige as Gigi Darcy—and even create a character—at WelcometoSanditon.com.
An English professor who skates in the roller derby as Stone Cold Jane Austen and a Florida lawyer obsessed with cracking hidden subtexts in the novels are among the die-hard fans you'll meet in this witty new nonfiction work by journalist Deborah Yaffe.

3. Death Comes to Pemberley
Based on P.D. James's 2011 mystery novel and starring The Americans' Matthew Rhys as the smoldering man of the house, this BBC sequel of sorts to the 1995 Pride and Prejudice miniseries hits the U.K. this winter and the U.S. likely next year.
