It's been another great month for the Food Revolution. Check out my video to find out what everyone's been up to.
We've put together a new toolkit for you this month. The idea behind these is that the more informed people are about the food they eat, the better choices they'll be able to make. This month's toolkit is all about sugar in drinks. One of the things I found really surprising was that a fruit juice, which you might think of as being quite healthy, can actually contain as much sugar as a can of soda! If you want to cut back on the sugary drinks this summer, try experimenting with some refreshing drinks recipes. I've got some easy ideas for turning a simple jug of water into something a bit more special, as well as recipes for some lovely frozen fruit smoothies. They are so simple, and you can add whatever you fancy to them. As always, post the pictures of your creations on the Food Revolution Community page on Facebook so the rest of us can give them a go too.
