Lebanese Food is the healthiest food. Everything is made fresh with the freshest ingredience. One dish is hommous made with pureed chick peas, lemon juice and olive oil. Here in LA I love going to places like Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, California Vegan, and also make sure to choose vegetarian options/stay away from red meat while eating out. Also, try to not eat anything too fried and greasy.
