lipo in a box

Oprah,
I just wanted you to know that I ordered lipo in a box on 11-8-07 from your show, they charged my account right away, say they shipped it in a e-mail. No merchandise yet, you can't get them on the phone because they say they are overwhelmed by orders. I can understand this, but after 3 weeks and no response to a phone message, e-mail or fax. Now you can't even leave a message it says there mailboxes are full. I am very dissappointed in something you would promote and this is how they handle it. I have called my credit card to cancel payment, but I really think if a product is going to be promoted on your show, they need to be ready for the response. This is nothing new, if you promote it we buy it. But I will think twice before I do this again. I just felt you should know when products you are promoting aren't be delivered. I love your show.

Did you ever receive your product? I ordered on 12/02/07 and still have not received it. I have emailed, called and faxed requests for tracking my order but have yet to receive a response. My credit card was charged on 12/05/07.

I finally received mine about 2 weeks ago and I ordered the day of the show. I just think this company was overwhelmed with the response and could not keep up with the orders. I do love and will order again, However, I feel they should have given us 25 percent off our next order for waiting so long to recieve the product. A great business practice is not to charge a persons credit card until the day they mail the order. Hope you like it.

The same exact thing happened to me! I had ordered mine on November 27th hoping to get it for my Christmas party that was on December 15th, only I didn't receive it until this past Saturday, December 29th. I had sent several emails and also tried calling, but the voicemail box was always full. They had charged my credit card which I called to cancel because I never heard from them.

Once I opened the package, I was very disappointed with the quality of the product. To me, it does not have the support I had expected. It seems more like opaque tights. I am returning the product and sent them a final email to let them know how disappointed I am with the whole experience. Like you, I'm very surprised that Oprah was promoting this. I agree with the others on this thread that this company should've been more prepared with the response of Oprah's promotion. There are millions of viewers who follow her advice and expectations of products and their quality, so naturally these millions are going to buy the product with similar expectations of quality and customer service.

I love her show, too! It's just not a good day without Oprah! :o)
