It'll be interesting to see from several standpoints.
And more so when the comments start rolling in including the requiste "How could she let herself get like that" comment. Anyone who could release that amount of work or even it is 10 pounds I applaud them. The dedication, determination and grit it takes to do it is always inspiring.
I am ready!!!! Have gained 15 to 20 lbs since I broke my foot and feel miserable about not fitting into my clothes. Feeling sorry for myself and all, I turned to eating foods I know are forbidden for me. Dr. Oz has great information and I hope he is helping people that watch the show get motivated.
I have been doing the ER4YT diet for three years but took some time off when I broke my foot in three places. Boredom does not set well with me and it brings out the worst. With the help of ER4YT way of eating and my dear homeopathic doctor, I have been turning my health and my life completely around. I was on the brink of disaster. So listen up people when Dr Oz says its never to late he means it. ITS NEVER TO LATE!!!!
Can't wait to see this show.I can hardly imagine what it took to loose 530 pounds!.Im normal weight . i do go up and down like most people when its a special holiday ie Thanksgiving, Christmas ect. or when i have a chocolate binge lol. When i am up about 5 lbs i feel so awful, clothes tight and uncomfortable and hate the thought of getting the extra pounds off. But i do it . I cant imagine knowing i have 530 lbs to take off.Good for her to have stuck it out would have been easy to just not bother.Hope she keeps it off and is healthy.I guess ill find out when the show airs lol
Hello,
I am a 25 year old female currently attending nursing school. With all the time I have spent on my butt over the last two years studying, I have put on approximately 20 lbs. Most people I talk to say "You could stand to gain a few pounds", but for me I feel like I am starting a path to becoming overweight. I give this woman all the credit in the world and congratulate her on accomplishing such a wonderful goal. I am very excited to hear about her story and the program regarding losing 5-??? lbs. I hope to get back to my ideal weight and encourage others to do so also. Thanks.
I would like to be a part of the one million people to lose weight. I have been on and off diets most of my life currently taking alli and counting calories and fat grams 1800 calories a day and no more than 19 fat grams per meal. I could use any help you can give me. I weighed 275 when I started and have lost 35lbs currently 240lbs only 80 more pounds to go and my health sucks. I have systemic lupus erythematosus, fibromyalgia osteoarthritis and suffer from depression. I know I am a wreck and often I feel hopeless. OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am a 20 year old mother of two and I am starting back to college this January. I sometimes feel like I dont fit in with my friends anymore because I cant seem to get this extra 20lbs off. While all of my friends are prancing around in their bikinis I am hiding under capris! It would be great to be a part of something to get back to where I used to be! How can I join the million people for their weight loss? |
