Finally!

Oprah, I have been wanting you to read this book for at least a decade. My father read it first. He recommended it to everyone and everyone in my family has read it. From ages 78 to 15, we all love it! When the announcement began I was hoping that you were talking about The Pillars of the Earth. When you said that you were up until 2 or 3 in the morning, I started to get excited. When you mentioned that it was set in the middle ages, I was so hopeful. Then, when you said that it was 900+ pages I just knew you were on the same page as me. I recommend it to everyone by telling them it is about the building of cathedrals and the Catholic church in the middle ages...but SO GOOD! I also tell them that it is one of few books where you can smell the people and the food and the surroundings. I've read it twice about 12 or 15 years apart and I loved it both times. Thanks again for a wonderful choice.
