_{I don't know how many posts you've read or what there content. I like so many have been here from the very beginning of these message boards and have seen a whole host of topics being addressed. I can honestly say that I've not really seen Christianity being attacked. If fact it's been a great deal of the opposite.}

_{This forum was created for those of us who are reading the book and are trying to embrace the concepts being presented. Because are choice does not resonate with the belief system of a number of vocal "Christians". They have taken it upon themselves to come in here and try their best to "convert" us from our destructive path. They haven't taken the time to read the book or to get to know why the belief of these readers lie.}

_{Instead, they come in and attack Oprah and Eckhart as well as us. Now, because some have not fully put into practice what is being taught in the book, or haven't reached the part in the book were Eckhart teaches us to not respond in any way. Their ego feels the need to defend their decision to read the book and partake in this journey. If you actually go back into the older posts you would find that most who are reading the book are Christians, or hold some affiliation with a religious group.}

_{It is the "Christians" that come in here without reading the book an attack those of us who have chosen to read the book. They quote their bible at us, say we're all going to hell and that there is only one way to salvation and it's their way. What they don't realize, or refuse to see is that this book and this forum are helping people become the best they can be. It's not about religion. It's about spiritual self growth. And because it is the type of book that it is, people are actually getting a better understanding of their religious beliefs and in fact are able to embrace it on a more spiritual level.}

_{No one is attacking Christians. They are defending their right for choice and for spiritual growth the way they choose.}

Those exchanges are in a way just a necessary learning process, so we all learn about ourselves and what is still in the way for True Understanding, to see through one own limitations ...

We are not after BELIEF here. All belief has to go, so KNOWLEDGE - CONSCIOUSNESS can shine clearly.

_{That is one person voicing their frustration with all the different churches and belief systems. And each one saying they are the "true" path to God. There are many, many religious belief systems that are represented here on this board. All are welcome, and everyone is entitled to their belief system and their ability to talk about it.}

_{Those who are following the book as a guide to help better themselves and bring them closer to God don't respond to the negative posts that go in either direction.}

_{I'm not sure if your reading the book, or if you are how far into the book you are. The bottom line is this, each person is on their own path. Some are further down that path then others. Some are struggling with the concepts of the book and voice their frustration here on the boards. The bottom line is that it's our ego and pain body that clouds our judgement and creates a barrier between themselves and becoming the divine light they were truly meant to be.}

You are certainly entitled to your perception and to voice it.

I would hope that you would take the time to read the book with an open mind and without judgement. Just as I would hope that the posts you read are without judgement and view them for what they are.

Hi hi hi. No. I have never had the pleasure of being close to cult members. Unless I count the Jehova witness members coming sometimes knocking at my door... And unless I count any kind of brainwash we meet on daily bases...

Well, this is one example of why.

Are you here to "save" people, or are you here to discuss the book? Did you leave your hell blowtorch at home, or are you here to attempt to spiritually rape people with threats of it?

Or... Once you realize you don't get kids by waiting for the stork will bring them to you... you know you can make them yourself

But don't get me wrong again.... I Love Christ and his message .... which is ... don't believe blindly in any storks - I AM the way.
