This is an awesome show. Oprah, I wanted to add to Penny something of value. I was the one who said my family celebrated funerals with camera and parties and such. If Penny could look at it like she has been given a five year gift to live her life abundantly to make sure every birthday was celebrated and every holiday was spent together that is a true gift. Most of us leave the earth without warning. Penny has been given the gift of life to live engaged for five years to provide closure and comfort in the end. What a true blessing. I know it is real and sad, not to take away from that and her suffering but to look at a different way to bring peace to the end and enlightnment it all I was trying to add. God Bless you Penny and your family. God Bless you too Oprah!

My friend Penny is the bravest woman I have ever known. She lives her life to the fullest and appreciates everything and everyone around her. I am blessed to be her friend and am so happy that she was able to share her experiences and her thoughts with Oprah, a woman we all admire so much. This opportunity has made Penny and her family so happy! It gives us another reason to celebrate life!

I had the fortunate experience of attending this taping. One of the things that resonated in me throughout the morning was the powerful sensation of the collective awakening. There were hundreds of us in one space who all have been awakened. We had conversations, shared moments, and an produced an incredible energy because we all "get it". I'd like to challenge each person to add one more individual to your heightened awareness. Pass your new book on - and lets make this one of the best things that has ever happened on the Earth. Hello everyone. The shift is continuing full speed ahead. Last Sunday I was invited to the taping of The Oprah Show about A NEW EARTH that will be aired this WED. What is interesting is that after reading THE SECRET last year I began telling people that someday Oprah and I would be friends. They'd, of course, look at me like I was crazy, and some would ask, "Do you think you will be on her show?" I responded, "Yes, but I feel like where she is going and where I am going our frequencies will line up in even a more profound way." Well, a friend recommended the A NEW EARTH book and course, and after only reading CH. 1, I told my wife, Oprah will call me to be a part of this class in some way. The phone rang and my wife teased me saying, "It's someone from Harpo." Well, four weeks later after the CH. 5 show, a representative from Harpo did call me and invite me to be 1 of 300 guests who have completed the book and are working on the online class to the taping of the show that will be aired this upcoming WED. So, of course, I went. WHAT A POWERFUL SHOW AND EXPERIENCE! Sitting in a room of 300 people who have been moved by the book in many incredibly profound ways plus staring at the screens of inspiring people who skyped in from all over the country and world was indescribable. The energy and momentum of the shift was full force! And it is that force that I believed contributed to an even more rapid, intense shift in me. After the taping of the show, Oprah spoke to the audience. At least 50 people tried to get her attention by raising their hands or standing up. I was one of them but it seemed I wasn't being noticed. But before I proceed, I have to explain when I believe Oprah's and my frequencies lined up. At one point during the taping of the show, Oprah rather casually mentioned that she woke up that morning with a strong sense of wanting to follow what kind of impact A NEW EARTH could have in a prison setting. She then explained that when she walked into the studio that morning, she had another strong sense to follow what kind of impact this book could have on a school setting. And that was the moment because I was sitting in the audience as an elementary principal who was seeing a monumental shift in my school! Now back to the taping of the OPRAH AFTER THE SHOW. I could sense the producers were rapping up taping and I was beginning to think that I would be shut out. Staying in my presence and using what I have taken from THE SECRET, I wholeheartedly believed this was THE moment and Oprah would see me. And at that moment Dean, the show's stage manager, walked over to me and said, "Go ahead stand up and remain standing. Oprah sees you." I stood amongst the 300 audience members knowing Oprah and I would have our first moment together. The person talking to her before me continued to talk and as I tried to remain present my mind began racing as to what I could say about my life to contribute to this shift. Oprah did eventually connect with me and our frequency took over from there. I started discussing the amazing shift I have seen at our school but I ended up talking about how A NEW EARTH has affected me personally. One of my AHA moments was-finally after 20 years of struggling-coming to my present moments being fully able to put down the baggage of being sexually abused by two different people during my childhood. I explained to Oprah how A NEW EARTH has given me full understanding and how now I can complete my memoir that I am writing about my painful past. I explained that I feel the momentum leading me into speaking engagements in which I bring more awareness and understanding to the sexual abuse pain bodies that are spreading so rampantly throughout our country and around the world. I hope you watch the show WED. I signed a release form and will likely be part of the AFTER THE SHOW clips that you can view online. You will see the amazing shift continue in the show, me, and hopefully yourself. Keep up the great work everyone; we're evolving!

It was exciting to read your message, because I also continually feel the change in energy around me--I swear, I can feel Monday's energy, even though I don't have internet and can't participate! (which is why I am really hoping that these sessions are put on DVD--although not the same as the live interaction, it's better than nothing). Back to energy--When I talk about the "change," some people practically roll their eyeballs, but even in the check-out line at the grocery store, I can feel a difference. Part of it is just being conscious--isn't the internal change unbelievable when you are present!? Any suggestions for people who haven't gotten it? I have a friend who read the secret and was highly annoyed with the author--my friend doesn't believe that we draw negative things to us, or that we are in charge our own happiness. I know you can't make someone believe, but I'm wondering if there was something specific that changed your thinking. I can only go on site during down times at work (I work in a computer lab-no internet at home), so I miss so much because most of the time I need to tend to business post messages. I never know how to get back to the same thread, when I go back on the message board days later. I'll ask another question, but don't know if I'll we able to find the replies. Any tips, anyone? I'm have to ask you--how has the energy changed your writing--I'm also writing a book, and I'm beyond excitement!

To use an old Christian phrase, in spite of how this book is helping me become more aware and more conscious, I keep "backsliding." I am a reactor, and keep slipping into the reaction mode. I feel like I am more aware, and even though I have been a chronic thinker, I do believe I am doing a better job with this. Is it normal to keep falling back into these old habits? How long does it normally take one to become conscious?

So now we've got the Church of Oprah??? Why am I not surprised?? Oprah's name was from the Bible (Orpah the Moabite and sister in law of Ruth. And Orpah turned her back on family, while Ruth didn't), and it's written in the Book of Moses that +"no Moabite should ever be admitted into the assembly of God" Nehemiah 13:2+ So I suppose this is her revenge. Oprah, I pray for you and all the people you're deceiving with your blasphemy. +"Jesus answered, 'I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." John 14:6+ Oprah, what part of NO ONE do you not understand???

You see it but yu probably read the bible and this does not align with the bible, for some reason Oprah was awakened in the church when she heard the pastor say that God was a jealous God her response was Jealous of me why? Although she was in her late 20's at the time she did not knot the scriptures or she would have known her pastor was referring to other idols like Tolle not her. One of those 10 commandment have no other idol before me like the children of Israel that didn't get to see the land of milk and honey because they refused to give up their idols because God is their creator and does not want them to go astray and worship other false gods. Yes Oprah God is a jealous God after all he created you and sent his only begotten son to die on a cross for our sins. I think he is worthy of praise. Praise to Jesus!

That so awesome and magical! I'm glad it worked for you. I also am awakening, although I struggle with my mind and pain body daily, it is getting easier. The "me" that is aware, is getting stronger day by day. I was one of the people that had to be stripped naked by life's circumstances to wake me up and it has been a fantastic journey. I have been through some very tough things over the last year and people are amazed that I am staying so calm and centered. It is because of "A New Earth" and "The Secret". I have a new outlook. I have been sure Oprah would call me one day and maybe thats coming. I have a vision board with Oprah on it and I to visualize being on the show but no luck yet. Your story gives me hope. This is the first time I have done a message board here and I was surprised to see so many people so threatened by Eckhart. I feel truly blessed to have this time in my life to learn what I came here to learn. CB
