I am also looking for the meatloaf recipe. I have looked under food, as well as Katie Joel's cookbook. Oprah said it would be on-line. Can someone help?

Billy Joel is indeed a Legend, Rock Star, and Superstar. How is it that someone so successful can take a 'backseat' to a pretty young face, who doesn't seem to have much admiration for her husband. During the interview with Katie in 'her' home she must have said "I" a thousand times. God forbid Billie Joel has married another Heather Mills. I wish him happiness and a blessed marriage.

I can't find the meat loaf recipe either. Where is it?
I don't think Billy looked good. Is he sick? He looked very nervous and I know it was his first time on Oprah, but still, physically he didn't look good. Anyone else think so?

I was really looking forward to seeing Billy Joel on today's show. He didn't seem to talk too much. I was also hoping he would've sang more than one song.

I was looking for the recipe too. When it is posted where will it be put? Where would we be able to click on a link to see it. Great interview and a lovely couple. Katie is from this area only across the river in WV.

Maybe his feelings are hurt because she refers to their (his) house as "my home" and she refers to him as if no one would know who he is anyway "my husband" this "my husband " that. I didn't care for her. The least she could do is take some time away from promoting herself and spend some of his money on one or two of his albums.
