My son, a third grader, absolutely LOVES the *Hank Zipzer* books that Henry Winkler has co-authored with Lin Oliver. Every night at bedtime, we all nestle into our beds for a bit of reading before "lights out". I can't tell you how much fun it is to hear my 9 year-old boy laughing OUT LOUD in his room as he reads about Hank and his ordeals. Often times, my husband and I will hear him laughing followed by his climbing out of bed to come to our room saying, "Mom and Dad, you have to listen to this!", at which time we get to hear a wonderful excerpt from the book. Creating great memories and smiles for our family.......... thanks Mr. Winkler and Mr. Oliver for writing books that appeal to my child and have helped him to find great joy in reading!! He is very much looking forward to seeing Henry Winkler on Oprah's show today.

I love Shatner because he is always reinveting himself, and he doesn't seem to take himself too seriously. He seems to have a great sense of fun. I LOVE Fonz because he is like my brother. I grew up with him. I loved his role in "Holes". He has an honesty in his craft.

Henry Winkler was so cute and charming and seemed so sweet and understated. How impressive that he wrote all those books and helps really, all those children. He seems so at peace and is clearly a successful human being. In college, my dad acted as The Fonz in a sorority Dad's Day skit - leather jacket, singing and all. It was so fun and today was a cool reminder of that.
Rick Springfield - handsome, dreamy, rocker, great singer (I love the Love Somebody song!) and I loved the pics of his family. Glad he found his happiness! What a treat to see him on tv, hear some of his background story, see him sing (oh those eyes!) and watch him smile. Great great smile. Can't wait til he comes to Chicago for a concert! The fans clearly still love the man and I do too!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE RICK!!!!! I am sooooo excited about today's show. It's about time he appeared on Oprah as all the great ones do!
Rick was my first love at 11 and I still adore him 26 years later (my husband totally understands)! Unfortunately, I have never seen Rick perform live as I live in Newfoundland, Canada and needless to say he dosen't play anywhere near here but I am watching his tour list for something close soon. I *will* see him someday, but until then thanks to the Oprah show and others like it who realize the contribution of legends like Rick, we still get to experience the thrills again, not to mention enlightening a new generation who are listening to 80's music (many remakes these days) and they don't even know it!
On behalf of all of Rick's numerous fans, and trust me we still exist in multitudes, thank you Oprah for this wonderful gift. We love you, almost as much as Rick!

I LOVE HENRY WINKLER "THE FONZ"!!!!! :xI'm 34 yrs old and the whole show brought back great memories of being a child! BUT when "Fonzie" walked out and hit the jukebox and the music started to play...I literally started to cry...I LOVE HIM!!!!! He was my crush when I was a little girl...he was the guy I wanted to date when I got older! LOL I had posters of "Fonzie" in my room and to this day I still have a pin with him in his leather jacket on it! AND then when he talked about the library card in the "Fonzie" voice...my heart skipped a beat!!! Oh my gosh...I love him!!! He is still so very, very, very sexy!!! LOVE HIM!!!
I would love to see a whole show with "The Fonz" and the rest of the cast from Happy Days along with Laverne and Shirley!!! That would be a great show...listening to there stories! I use to envy Laverne for going out with Fonzie!!!! I could go on and on!!! I have the first season on DVD and now I'm going to have to get the next two! Thank you, Thank you...LOVED THE SHOW TODAY!!!! I'm a happy girl!!!!:D

What a great show! I am not usually a fan of the celeb shows, but Rick Springfield, Henry Winkler and William Shatner all did wonderful, interesting and diverse interviews, and I am happy to have watched!
It's about time the gentle, intelligent soul of Rick Springfield got some renewed wider notice on international TV. He is a fantastic musician, gifted writer, has a huge heart, and is very generous with his fans. I have adored him since I was a teenager and he is still giving us new music to love and think about. Thanks Oprah for recognizing this fantastic guy was worthy of being on your show.

I had the good fortune of meeting Rick Springfield 10 years ago while working as a massage therapist in South Lake Tahoe. What a gentlemen!!! He was such a nice man, and I was so excited to get the chance to meet and have him as a client for an hour. My knees were shaking and my heart was beating so fast, but think that look I looked composed and acted professionally. It will always be one of my favorite moments in my life and I'm so glad that he is on Oprah's show today. He truly is a kind person and a wonderfully talented man. Thanks for having him as your guest.
