A friend of mine suggested this great new guide because not only does it offer information on every reputable yoga studio, the authors also provided readers with studios that offer the first class for free for those unsure of purchasing a class card. The guide itself also serves as a pass for free classes in various studios. I thought that was great considering I'm feeling the 2008 crunch as a single parent raising two daughters, one who is attending college full time courtesy her mom!
