First of all sorry for my English.
I am 39 year old man who love to cook.
That's one fast recipe who every one can do very easily.
Materially:
4 fillets chicken without skin
4 pieces yellow cheese in the size of your small finger
6-7 oz spinach scalded
2 bags rice as the Uncle Ben's
Salt and pepper
Implementation:
We take the first piece from the fillet chicken we put from the spinach above and the 1 piece yellow cheese. We add as long as salt and pepper we want. We fold as role with the help of toothpicks. After we make also the other three pieces with the same way and we put the role in a saucepan with water that boils, we leave for 10-12 minutes. We remove from the saucepan the pieces of role chicken and put the bags with the rice in water. Leave the bags 10 minutes and then remove. Then we remove the toothpicks from our role and we cut in small peace's.
Serve with rice and leaves of spearmint.
