I would say, please no thanks. I am 51 years young, and am a light weight at 90 to 94 lbs. 5 ft. 3 and wear a 30 nearly A bra. I end up having to shop in the junior section. Help me dress like a 51 year old. This may not sound like a problem to some people, but it's a true hang up for me. I hate low rider pants, and the tops are not long enough to cover everything. As for the bra, I'm too wide between breasts to get a good fit, and they almost always never have a 30, so I get a 32. Then spend most of the time pulling it down. When I find size 0 outfits on the, my husband says they make me look collegiate. He's right. I love being my age and want to dress like it.
O, I need all I can get. I am a young 51 year old beautiful single women. The slimmer the shoe the sexier to me, bring it all on. If I could get their for this show I would but X-mas is coming and money is tight.
I would be so happy. I am so frumpy looking. I have a thyroid condition my doctor and I are trying tro get under control and my weight is the highest its ever been. I am so tired of being fat. And I have 2 prostetic knees also so I cannot wear pretty shoes either. So slimmer looking jeans would make me feel so much better about myself.
I love shoes, handbags, and accessories. At 57, the heels on my shoes are now closer to being flats. I do have some high heels that I wear, but need to take some flats along, as my feet will start hurting, depending on the length of time I am standing. Over the years I have gone from 5'4 3/4" to 5' 3" which doesn't help in making you look more sleeker. I am not sure how the handbags and accessories make you look slimmer though. I have yet to find a decent bra (reasonably priced) to really perk the girls up since everything has gone way south at this time in my life. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Well, I must be old fashioned because I was always taught that your fashion statement are your cloths. I never new it was your shoes. Yes, shoes are a part of the accessories but what people generally look at, start with your head and work downward. Black is a color which is suppose to make you look slimmer, but I am a heavy figured lady and I wear just about any color but I have to try on several pieces before I can just buy. I am very picky to styles because everything just because it's on a picture doesn't mean it's for you. Thank You for your consideration on my thoughts. Denise
I am in class 12:00 noon till 7:00 on monday, at work 5:30am-5:00p.m tues-friday . But I will have someone tape it for me. Can I view the show by computer or is there a later show? Can't Miss It. I am 62 in March, a great bra knowledge will help.B-)
It would be great to look slimmer, but my main problem is to find the right bra size for both breasts. I have 6 children all grown. It was not really a big deal when I was worrying about getting to work to feed them. I would stuff tissue in the bra with the small breast to make them look normal. On the fifth child I decided to breast feed and noticed one breast larger than the other. Any recommendation to fix this with a bra?
I am excited to hear about how to look taller with, hopefully comfortable shoes, I will be shure to watch. But I am so glad you are doing a follow-up to the bra revolution, there are so many women who need to get fitted properly. We recycle bras and donate a portion to shelters. It is amazing how many new bras we get in because women do not take the couple minutes that it takes to get fitted. BRA-Vo for doing a follow-up. ![]()
Slimmer, Leaner wow! what I wouldn't do to look like that. but I'm afraid there isn't much help for me. I am 54yrs. old and over 200lbs. I have no hair and have been mistaken for a lesbian which I am not. Not much is going to help me or have anyone look at me twice. I am single.
