Hi, Does anyone know about progesterone treatment in women in their late 20's? I had a lot of issues after having my first child (sleep disturbances, irregular bleeding, anxiety, etc.) and I am going to start a natural progesterone treatment. I just wondered if anyone else had any information.

I am interested in this, as well. I am 28 years old and was just prescribed BHRT yesterday. I have been through YEARS (literally) and several rounds of hormone testing to try and convince a doctor that something wasn't right. It wasn't until I delivered my daughter 10 weeks earlier and they realized I have absolutely no progesterone that someone took me seriously. I had gained nearly 70 lbs after going off birth control at age 23 and have spiraled downward from there. Fatigue, dry skin, period has completely stopped, the works!! I am hoping an praying that this is my miracle answer!!!
