He was an American icon. A genius musician. The world mourned and is still coping with the death of Michael Jackson. For the first time since he passed away, Oprah speaks about where she was and how she felt when she heard the tragic news.

From her recent interview on Access Hollywood she probably jumped for joy when she heard about his death. Her silence over the summer regarding Michael Jackson was loud and clear. Who talked her into dedicating a show to Michael? It couldn't have been her idea. She clearly felt as though he was guilty even though he was aquitted in a court of law on ALL counts. Was she on a cruise when that happened too? Give me a break.

Honestly i just don't understand why ppl in America think Mj molested those children. Gavin and his family just wanted his money. He never slept in the bed on Gavin he slept on the floor. I really hope Oprah is doing her research and looking at all angles. Mj was a peaceful human being who loved children and animals. It's the media and twist the truth not MJ. Just cb he loves kids and that he wants them to hugged and loved what is wrong with that. All of you Mj haters and Oprah viewers need to watch the untold story of neverland and also the martin bashir stort Mj side. I always knew he was innocent. All the tabloids and junk I refuse to listen. It makes me sick when ppl are quick to jude and don't even have their facts at all. I will always love MJ and forever. Pll Oprah I advised you to be fair and look at all angles you should not judge thos boys are liars and the parents just wanted the money! I believe in KARMA what goes around comes around. How do you explain the boys saying that they lied all about the child abuse charges these boys were over the age of 12

Michael Jackson was a natural performer on stage but a tragic figure in real life. I do not consider his death a murder, although it could have been avoided on so many levels. It was simply negligence and greed that killed Michael. If he was drowning his life into drugs and incompetency, then why didn't his family step in more vigorously to help him?, like show up at his doorstep with law enforcement to arrest him for the illegally obtained drugs and/or having him declared incompetent? It was the money, Michael's fame and legend status that kept his family quiet and less forceful. I'm sure it's safe to assume Michael financially supported much of his family-- Take away his drugs you took away your money he gave you. Simple as that. Yes, the doctor has responsibility to own up to, for his actions may have contributed to MJ's death, but lets face it...if it wouldn't have been that morning, with that doctor, it would have happened in the future because Michael refused to get help. So, I consider Michael Jackson's death partly suicide and partly negligence on the doctor. There's no other way to describe it.

Hi everyone,i don't know if someone will be reading this but,i wanna thank you Oprah for doing a show tribute for MJ and i wanna tell you that everyone i know is totally excited about this so i'm asking you to make it really different and especial. Sometimes i really feel that you think he was guilty and he did those awful things,so please try to know the truth and not just what everyone says. You are the most powerful woman ever so you must make sure that all the world know the facts at least for his childern sake who love him the most. I'm not saying this just because i'm a huge fan of him,and so there are so many articles that gives you evidence not just opinions ,i'm begging you with all my heart to read it and tell everyone the truth,1994 GQ article titled Was Michael Jackson framed?by Mary A. Fischer, this article is amazing and tells you all about the case that no one knows about with sooooooooo many evidences that must not be ignored. AS for the other case the court said he was innocent and also if you like to know all about it you can simply read about it in WIKIPEDIA titled people vs MJ, like for example that the second family went to the same doctor and lawyer that the first one used and that was before they tell the police, also you will know about their history in blackmailing. I REALLY WISH ALL MY HEART THAT YOU WOULD DO SOMETHING. I also wanna say that he suffered a lot and that's why he was unusual .he had the lowest self estime ever and his father always made fun of the way he looked and he told you that which explain all the plastic surgieres . Michael did a lot of charities that no one KNOWS ABOUT and won a lot of prizes for them and we would really love that you talk about them so everyone would know the real Michael Jackson,i am a student and i CAN NOT do anything to prove he was an outstanding person BUT YOU CAN ,YOU CAN DO IT. So in the end we beg you to do it and we all thank you if you cared about that.....

I used to think MJ was innocent of all charges.... a weirdo, yes. A child molester, no. But when I heard he lied about being the biological father to his children and the police findings said they found skin bleaching cream in his bathroom when he died makes MJ an obvious, capable liar. So who knows what he was capable of lying about?

To me the problem is not what she said but it is what she didnt say ? or better to put it this way what she chose not to say . she wants to be adored and being put with the ordinary people because she never had an ordinary life or relationship only after she got money and a good friend and kind of a therapist like gayle and stedmen . I have compassion for yoou oprah because you are full of yourself . what you become is not completly to your credit . dont forget who you are and what made you who you are ? cut a bit of your recent years atitude .

You lecture people about things that you know for sure and i am here to tell you what i know for sure that you can not achieve anything and you can not get rid of any of your pain as a person without understanding others pain . you give people gifts and cars and you build school in south africa to feel good about yourself and feel loved and at the same time other people profit from that too for sure but you know what ? we all have compassion for you because you are fake and you are enjoing everything you give by talking about them and using your platform to make your perfect picture bigger and bigger . WHAT YOU DO TO ME IS DONE TO YOU . this is one of your own lectures . Tribute to michael was suppose to be for his fans because his haters are not gone to watch any way but you went on and hurt those fans before the show . I HOPE YOU GOT OUT OF YOUR CHILDHOOD FRUSTRATION . STOP TO GIVE US THE IMPRESSION THAT YOU INVENTED THE WARM WATER . violence and you ?child molestation and you ? WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE ? We Dont tolorate your arrogan tattitude anymore . Your act like everything that comes out of you mouth is so oroginal . I DONT EVEN GONE TO TALK TO YOU ABOUT MICHAEL . I FEEL SORRY FOR YOU BUT I AM NOT SADDENED ABOUT YOUR ARROGANCE BECAUSE THE TRUTH OF YOU AND YOUR HEART WILL COME OUT HOPEFULLY ONE DAY . I DONT HATE YOU BUT I HATE YOUR GAME.

DEAR PEEPSMAN 23

what are you talking about ? Are you really seriouse ? your private matter is your private matter it is no body buisness what he had in his bathroom or how many kids he adopted ? What he drank or how many pair of shoes he had ? arent you capable of lying for certain things that are your buisness and only yours ? i cant understand why people are so narrow minded ? Michael was the most famouse person on this planet you know what does it means ? no you dont and i dont know it either . michael jackson had right to his privacy too.

He was a human . he had a heart . he had feelings . If you dont have a sick mind you could see it from distance that he was not a child molester beause you could see he loved every body but himself and the love he wanted to give was so big and huge that people couldnt understand it .

think about it and inform yourself before listening to anything or anyboby. we owe it to our children to be wise .

so I'm misinformed and unwise because I mention how a bottle of skin bleach was found in his bathroom at the time of death? I bring that to the table because all of these years this man has always had an obvious issue of being black, and blamed his mysterious black-to-white skin transformation on a skin disease...when obviously he used skin bleaching techniques. I don't know about you, but I call that a liar. Also, Why did he chose to have three white children?...that's just another clue of his unhappiness of being black. The man obviously was disturbed on so many levels.

HELLO AGAIN

GO AND DO SOME RESEARCH ABOUT VITILIGO AND STUDY IT VERY CAREFULLY BECAUSE THERE ARE PEOPLE WITH THAT PROBLEM THAT HAVE TO EVEN THEIR SKIN WITH WHATEVER TECHNIQUES SPECIALLY WHEN THEY ARE A PUBLIC FIGURE .

THERE ARE MANY WHITE PEOPLE ME INCLUDED THAT GO AND GET TANNED EVERY DAY AND ALSO THERE ARE MANY WHITE PEOPLE WHOM HAVE BLACK KIDS . ARE YOU TELLING ME IT MAKES THEM LESS WHITE ?

WE ARE BORN THE WAY WE WERE CREATED AND ITS OUR CHOICE TO USE ANY FORM OF TECHNIQUE THAT WE WANT TO PRESENT OUR APPEARECE TO THE OUT SIDE WORLD AND I WOULD CALL IT MY BIRTH RIGHT . DO I KNOW WHAT IS YOUR NATURAL HAIR COLOR NO ? AND ITS NOT MY BUISNESS . ARE ALL WHITE PEOPLE NATURALLY BLOND ? NO I DONT THINK SO . ARE THEY ALL LIARS ? NO I DONT THINK SO . ARE THEY DISTURBED BECAUSE THEY HAVE A CHOICE ABOUT THEIR BODY AND FACES NO ?IF YOU WANT INFORMATIONS ABOUT A LIAR AND NOT A LIAR DO SOME RESEARCH ABOUT THE BACKROUND OF THOESE KIDS PARENTS WHOM DESTROYED MICHAEL AND HIS REPUTATION .

YOU CALL HIM DISTURBED PERSON ? GO AND CHECK OUT HOW MUCH HE GAVE TO CHARITIES , HOW MUCH HE DID FOR AFRICA BEFORE ALL THE OTHER CELEBRITIES AND NEVER FOR ONCE USED THEM FOR HIS FAME . IF THAT MAKES HIM A DISTURBED PERSON THEN I REST MY CASE .

hey you can still be a whackadoo and sign a check to give to charity.

When you bleach your skin because you are ashamed of the color you were born with, when you have a doctor slice and dice your face a few hundred times to a point where you are literally unrecognizable from your younger days, when a 50yr old man is obsessed with Peter Pan, um yeah, I call that disturbed. It's funny, during the whole MJ memorial service on tv, the family chose to not show ANY photos of an updated, post-black, post-op Michael Jackson in that entire video montage....every single picture of him was from the early 90's and before..... why do you think that is? because they were ashamed of how he mutilated his body and did not want him to be remembered for that.

I think you are a very angry person ? what are you angry about ? i dont know ? but i learned not to judge and trash people to get out of my frustration and i didnt learn it at school i learned it from my own mistakes . one thing i can tell you is that color or gender are not definition of who we are . The message is clear and if you are a black guy and you are happy with your color thats fine . MICHAEL didnt hate blacks he hated himself . He hated his father . BUT he loved every body else . i am done here and dont reply me please . calm down

wow. obviously michael moon-walked into some people's hearts and minds too much. Michael was a disturbed human being, a great performer, prob the best of our times, but off stage he was disturbingly childlike and jaw-dropping to those of us normal folk. And those of us normal folk who point that out to MJ fans are automatically bitter and angry people? get real. it's called not being naive.

I truly thought you would do a beautiful tribute to a man of many of men, and yet on access interview you spoke about him like he was nothing. I used to think you were the most non jaded person, but I know now I am wrong. You speak about Wintney coming through her journey of life with great excitement and being non judgemental when interviewing her, and yet you are so judgemental about michael. Let me ask you that same question you ask witney when the lights and cameras were off, What do you hope to get out of this tribute of michael jackson/ because it is clear that you don't like the man, nor do you have any admiration for someone who has walked through some horrific difficulties, and by the way there is more evidents to find michael jackson innoncent on all charges than guilty, all you have to do is research it yourself. Or talk to Tom Messerue. Are you hoping for ratings, surely this is not the issue. I relize you are not the mans friend, but until you have walked in his shoes and been falsly accused and tatooted a label on your forhead that people like you that seem to fan the flames and never let it go, than and only than oprah can you understand the pain he lived with, I am here to be michael jackson voice and I can honestly say I lost something for you when you spoke on access about this beautiful man, I thought you had a heart and soul, you talk about not judging and yet here you are doing it, If you are doing this tribute for all the wrong reasons than don't, He was loved by so many people, and in his lifetime he has help millions, Michael jackson was all of our friend, and he was a brother, and son, and a great Dad. May be you don't even care, This saddens me, that you have been a victim of fictous lies and rumars with the public and tabloids, I thought you of all people would be the one to help stop all that, I guess I looked up to the wrong person.
