I'd love to see a show on this.

Has anyone had first hand experience with this process? It looks transformative.

They have relieved PTSD for Iraq & Afganistan veterans and have done work with Prisoners, probationers, chronic fatigue, Sleep problems, ADD, addictions, stress.... The list goes on and on. I'm fascinated by this & have spent many hours online. They now have offices all over the world.

What do you think about this? LKL

I am undergoing training right now at the Brain State offices in Scottsdale. I am amazed at what I am seeing. My brain feels quiet and clear and alert. I am able to concentrate and things are just "different". It will be interesting to see how I feel after 10 sessions. Also, a "frozen" shoulder that I have been dealing with for over a year is virtually painless now, though I was getting better before coming. The healing seems to be accelerated. I am a nutritional therapist and want to add this to my practice. Brain training combined with optimal brain nutrition, good water, and other healthy lifestyle changes would be amazing for my clients. The technology is fascinating. The veteren training next to me has also experienced amazing results in just 4 session that I could see by observing him (his legs shook constantly the first 2 sessions and gradually disappeared by the end of the 4th session). So far, my son hasn't shown outward differences, but 1) he is a teen and here involuntarily and is very negative right now, and 2) he has a LOT of health and neurological issues. I am hopeful that by the time we get home next Wed. that he will experience some benifits in the 10 sessions we will have finished. I HAVE to get this technology somehow.

Hi there!
I'm from Sweden and just love your show! It was you who got me to know about the Secret, among other things.

Well, here is no secret and I trained with BST in October-08 since I wasn't doing great at that time. Two weeks later I was in Scottsdale to get my first licensee education. Since then I've been training and helping people to feel good. And it works!

Keep up the good work!

Love

An update to my last post: over the weekend I felt great. I was able to relax and acutally sat by the pool at the hotel all day Sunday and alternate a small amount of pool exercises (I had a "frozen shoulder") and study. Usually I am too distracted to study, or if I DO manage to stay on topic, I start getting very sleepy and can't stay awake. I was able to study my Spanish, Algebra, and a VERY technical science book. I am much calmer and positive. I am going to start looking for people that can directly benefit from this technology and want to invest in my practice. I highly recommend researching BST.

What I
experienced was direct, precise, uncomplicated, and powerful with no side
effects. There was no guessing. The work enables each individual’s brain to
balance itself.

I achieved
all my goals starting from the first session, continuing and increasing through
subsequent sessions. I can focus,
think and meditate more clearly. I am achieving more with less effort. In my recent surgery my pain was
managed without pain meds and I was significantly less irritable. I was able to focus and resume work from bed
with clarity the same day as the surgery. In extremely
stressful situations I continue to notice an increased calmness which enhances
each day. I will
continue to monitor my progress, as I see the potential for this work not only
in myself, but for my clients and colleagues. We can all benefit.

This is the
most important development on the horizon of the healing modalities, with a
widest range of applications that I have seen to date. I look forward to its
expansion and know with certainty that it will grow.

I am the Executive Director of the United States War Veteran's PTSD Foundation. We are a non-profit foundation with a mission of finding and offering credible treatment for combat veterans suffering with post-traumatic stress disorder. I believe the treatment offered by Brain States Technologies is an awesome asset in our arsenal of treatment for PTSD.

I have had my brain balanced and went because of my own PTSD. While I work for the Marine Corps and know many veterans who have PTSD, finding my son accidentally drowned at home in the bath tub was the source of my PTSD. I struggled for months, culd not sleep, fatigue, no hope or joy, not interested in eating or even living. I just wanted to be where he was. Then I heard about Brain State. Brain Balanced??? I thought it was crazy. Then I read the material they sent me, watched the DVD's and realized, this was something I really needed to be more open minded about. I called, they were wonderful. Lee has some of the most wonderful people on his staff. I went, had my "break through" on the first day...never happens they said. I continued, and just got better and better. When I returned home, I could not have alcohol for 3 weeks. I committed completely to the program and complied 100%. I slept better, tried to eat better. The biggest impact was my ability to focus better at work. The crying jags subsided. I began to see some Light again. I began to even have some hope. The flashbacks got much better. Lee is an amazing man and I would like to say what happened to me was a miracle. I don't know if it was, just know I feel so much better since having my brain balanced. In addition to helping with the PTSD, my brain confirmed I was abandoned at birth, sexually assualted, and have a traumatic brain injury (TBI) which I did not know anything about. The brain just records and survives. No judgement, just records and survives. I can't explain it, I just benefited from it. Everyone should have their brain balanced! The world could be a happy place!! I want to go back and trying to get another round. They say it might be necessary down the road.

I was fortunate enough to find and experience BST. I am so grateful for Lee Gerdes' brilliance and dedication in creating and bringing his amazing brain machine to the world

It gave me my life back. I was sceptical at first because I had tried about 20 different alternative healing methods and was still not where I wanted to be. It turned out to be the help for my debilitating depression and post traumatic stress disorder that I had been praying for, for half my life.

I had a brain injury and the only treatments they knew, were drugs that altered the brain's transmission of messages and chemicals. I used to dream of the day when they would have a machine to read my brain and tell me what was wrong. I had suffered for 26 years. I was on the verge of giving up, when divine timing brought Lee Gerdes' technology to my awareness. Not only was it the machine I had dreamed of, it went way beyond that, because it could also "correct" the brain imbalance. My brain scan showed the damage of the trauma to my head and that my brain was actually in a state of depression. No wonder I couldn't alter my state. My brain was unable to create new neural pathways to affect change; it was frozen in trauma and survival mode.

After the first week of sessions, I didn't notice a lot of difference, and was concerned that it wasn't going to help. Near the end of my training, I felt euphoric and for the first time in my life I was happy and excited about the future. I wanted to listen to my brain more and more. I didn't want to sleep because I was so afraid of my brain going back to way it was. My outside life didn't change much, but the horror of a life I lived in my head was now instead, peaceful and full of possibilities. I highly recommend checking it out.

I feel that this is the most transformational tool that anyone could experience. I knew right away that I wanted to help bring this gift to more people and found a way to acquire my own BST equipment. I am still balancing my own brain and the more balanced I become, the more I will be able to help others.

BST can help and has helped thousands of people live their life from a more peaceful, balanced and limitless playing field. .

I am so grateful for the gifts that I have received from this incredible breakthrough in healing technology.

Did I mention that it was definitely worth looking in to?

Blessings,

CB

About 8 months ago I was diagnosed with Hepatitis C. THIS brought me to the long-desired conclusion that alcohol could no longer be a part of my daily routine...but I just wasn't able to release the "social and chemical" desire that alcohol gave me. My dear friend became a BST graduate a few months ago and I was her second "trainee". While I was training, I was able to get off ALL of my meds (anti-depressant, blood pressure pill, allergy meds, asthma meds, etc) and my desire for alcohol began waning. Unfortunately, I had a BIG weekend in Vegas planned about 10 days after training and thought "a little alcohol won't hurt". WOW! Was I ever wrong! It reversed a lot of the constructive work that had been done AND my "new brain" didn't know how to handle the poison I'd put into my body. Needless to say, I didn't "show up too well" in public after several drinks...and some of the old neural (and dysfunctional) pathways took precedence again.

It didn't take long for me to realize how bad I felt compared to how GOOD I'd felt when I'd finished the 10 trainings...and longed to regain that "loving feeling" :8} She's begun retraining me...and I'm a committed candidate. Now I'm processing things better, making clearer decisions, remaining focused longer, I don't delve into depression like I used to, and I look forward to KNOWING that I now own my life because I'm more balanced. MY life is now what "I" create; not what shows up or happens to me catch-as-catch-can.

Another piece of strong evidence to the INCREDIBLE benefits of this technology became clear almost immediately when my friend trained my two adult sons. One, imparticular, was going through some very traumatic & emotional stuff and by post-training, his whole approach and attitude toward his life had dramatically changed for the better. He now approaches constructive remedies with a clarity of purpose I'd not seen in him before...and he's feeling MUCH better about himself and his future.

I've been looking at BST for the better part of this year...ever since my friend began getting serious about it and, now having experienced it, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it for ANYONE who feels they are not operating/living to their fullest! DON'T SETTLE! You don't have to be "seriously sick" to function better....although THIS DOES WORK in almost any circumstance. BE selfish...and give yourself the BEST CHANCE at living Optimally by experiencing YOURSELF with a BALANCED BRAIN. After all....it IS the computer and Operation Central for our bodies!

Thank you, Lee, for daring to pursue this work and using your own negative life experiences to bring this leading edge, life-transforming technology to the world!

I had my brain "trained" by Dr. Cherylee Lisonbee who is also in Arizona, and was trained by Brain State. It has absolutely changed my life. I had been suffering from a bad situation at work that had consumed my thoughts for YEARS. To the point of destroying my health.

After the training, I was able to let go when those thoughts came up. The miracle here was not only did I heal emotionally, and began to heal physically, but my co-workers began to shift as I shifted. My life at work is now wonderful and stress-free. I still work most of the same people, but it is absolutely changed. Because I was the change. And that happened as a direct result of brain training.

All of my children (adults) have also seen miracles because of this brain training. But they get to share their own stories.

I recently completed 12 sessions of Brainwave Optimization at the Neuro Fitness Center in Farmington Hills Michigan. During that period of time I began to experience changes almost immediately. Due to being in a few auto accidents I was diagnosed and treated for a closed head injury, depression, coupled with panic attacks. The depression kept me pretty well home bound in the last 5 to 7 years and I only went out when absolutely necessary.

The trainers at Neuro Fitness Center were and are very understanding and compassionate while you are in treatment. The experience is totally life changing as I am not the same woman who walked in those doors 3 weeks ago. The fogginess I once experienced and have lived with since my accident is no longer there. I get into my car almost daily and I am participating in life and no longer the observer.

After hiding out for over 5 years I'm alive and enjoying my life. I'm visiting friends, I get on the phone and I'm becoming a social butterfly. Before treatment began I wondered if life was really worth living because I just wasn't happy with myself and what I was creating. Today, the only thing that I think of is "Bring It On".

I'm sleeping on a regular basis and very alert during the day. I'm not full of anxiety getting into my car to go somewhere. In the past if I did attend a social event I would need 2 days to recuperate and that has disappeared.

I want to thank Lee, Art and David for giving me my life back. What a wonderful wonderful gift.

My son, who was 15 at the time, completed the neurobalancing following episodes he was having at school with his auditory processing disorder. He could not focus or understand auditory messages correctly. It is a learning disability that takes auditory cues and his brain translates it as something different. So if you asked him to take out the trash, he would hear, "Let's go to China". The discrepancy is that great and convoluted, not even sounding a bit like what you said to him.

The sessions of neurobalancing did amazing things to my son's ability to focus, pay attention, calm him, and it gave him an amazing amount of clarity. He told me that he always felt like he was in a hole and everyone around him talking was confusing and muffled. After the neurobalancing, he said for the first time as far back as he can remember he was able to have such acute clarity and never felt like he was in a hole again listening to everyone else.

After my son's neuropsych evaluation, it was determined that the left hemisphere of his brain stopped developing in utero. When we did the neurobalancing sessions, the left side of the brain was continually off balance on every brainwave. The more testing we have done, the more we have come to understand exactly what the neurobalancing did for him. My recommendation as a mother and my son is grateful for the experience.

I personally received Brain Training about a year ago, and the effects were visible after the first treatment. The extremely helpful staff told me to envision, and focus on at least two goals I would like to accomplish during the duration of treatment. They informed me that the goals could be psychological, which I expected, but also physical, which surprised me. It made sense that they could help ease any stress or anxiety I had, but I was skeptical about altering a physical disability. I tend to be an extremely happy and talented individual, but my focus will stray from time to time. Increased focus was my first goal. My second goal was to fix my Irritable Bowel Syndrome. I had been suffering from I.B.S for over 9 years. I had tried countless medicines in the past, but to no avail.

Every day for two weeks I went to the office in North Scottsdale, and enjoyed my session each time. It was a patterned process intended to help me reach the goals I had set forth for myself. During the course of the two weeks, I subtly noticed change in my focus. The paper I had to write for school could now get done in a thirty minute period with zero breaks instead of a two and a half hour journey filled with music and television and walks and food. By the end of the two weeks, I literally felt more focused in all avenues of my life including school and work, driving, and even spending time with my loved ones. However, more important then freeing up time with increased focus, I also was spending less time in the bathroom.

After the training was complete I noticed a complete change in the way my bowels behaved. I could finally eat a chicken wing or finger, and not immediately feel impending doom down below. My diet stayed exactly the same, yet I was able to finally eat the foods I wanted to without spending an unprecedented amount of time in the bathroom. It made me feel free. The part that impressed me the most was how the training not only lasted a few days or a month, but as I write this I still continue to have increased focus, and find myself free of Irritable Bowel Syndrome over a year later.

The entire process reminded me of going to a counselor or psychologist. The office was very warm, and it is clear that one is going there for help. However, unlike a counselor or psychologist the effects are not mitigated to an hour or a day. Instead, they last as long as the intent of the goals is strong. It is a process that I only attended for two weeks, yet I find myself healed and happy. I would reccomend BST to any of my friends, and have on a couple occasions. In fact, one friend of mine went into Brain State as a pack a day smoker. He has been smoke free for over six months since the completion of his treatment. My bowels and his lungs speak for themselves. Brain State works, and it works well.

I have suffered from a life long eating compulsion. My weight yo-yoed between size 6 and size 22 all my adult life. I tried every diet, lo-carb, lo-fat, Weight Watchers, and even joined Overeaters Anonymous. I would lose weight, but it always came back. I couldn't figure out why I would diet down to my desired weight, then suddenly lose all my will power to make healthy eating choices. I was either eating compulsively or dieting compulsively, and it used up a lot of emotional energy.

Then by chance I heard about brain training and Brain State Technologies, and learned that it has been effective in cases of eating disorders such as bulimia and anorexia. With that in mind, I decided to try it to see if it would rid me of my eating compulsion. I met Lee Gerdes, and he told me my compulsion would be gone after 3 or 4 sessions of brain training. Well, he was wrong. My compulsion was COMPLETELY GONE after only 1 session. I have now had 9 sessions, and in the 4 weeks since my first session I have had NO urges to overeat, to binge, to eat when I wasn't hungry, or to eat foods that aren't good for me (high sugar, high calorie, high fat) and I have lost 9 pounds, because now it is easy for me to make healthy eating choices. This is amazing!! For the first time in my life I can actually read a book or watch TV without eating. The triggers that caused me to overeat and binge before are still present in my life, but now when they occur, MY BRAIN DOESN'T TELL ME TO EAT!! I love losing the weight, but even more, I love being free of the eating compulsion monster that used to take over my life so frequently.

I wrote a letter to Oprah about my experience with brain training, and sent her the book Lee Gerdes wrote about it, and the book of testimonials from people who have undergone brain training. I would certainly hope she will do a show about this - the treatment has been found to help people with PTSD, depression, addictions, compulsions and other emotionally troubling problems.

Aside from my eating compulsion no longer plaguing my life, I have found many other benefits to brain training. I am no longer antsy and vaguely anxious, I am most often calmly happy and focused. I find myself with the contented realization that I can handle anything that comes along. I laugh a lot more these days. I am making better decisions with a clearer mind, and treating other people more gently and kindly in my dealings with them. The small stuff doesn't get to me anymore, and I'm realizing there is a lot more small stuff than I previously thought.

Well, I don't pretend to know anything about your accusations, but it sounds like sour grapes. Are you a professional that is getting less than desirable results or paid thousands for a degree and are threatened by the competition? Or are afraid that "non-licensed" people aren't smart enough to do something that people that paid a whole lot of money to get college degrees can do? As a former homeschooler (with children all graduated and attending or attended college), I can tell you that you don't need a rubber stamp on your forehead to learn a valuable skill and help people. What is the difference where you are spending your money? I prefer to give mine to someone who is interested in helping humanity and has given away 60% of their serves to benefit those that can't afford to otherwise have this life changing technology. As far as your statement that it "works to "some extent", well as a former abuse survivor that has spent thousands of hours and dollars trying to recover my life AND as a former EMT that suffered a auto accident and was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, I can tell you that the results I have experienced in just 10 sessions was worth much more than I paid. My cost for me AND my son (who was diagnosed with bipolar, ADHD, OCD, ODD, and aspergers) was ZERO except for transportation, lodging, and food because of the generosity of Brain State and Lee Gerdes. He seems like an honorable man to me and did not perform and "new Age cult like approaches" with me. I notice that you didn't sign your name; it is easy to make accusations anonymously. Did he "take" this technology for you? If so, take it to court. If this is hearsay, well, I personally check things out before talking about things I don't know about. I do know that there are a lot of really good modalities that are really helping people that certain people call scams and do everything they can to discredit. Why? Because there is no money to be made in dead people or healthy people, only chronically ill ones.
