death of young people

I am a high school English teacher and we have already lost five young people from our Mechanicsburg class of 2008 graduates, all in car accidents. I make it a point to visit parents at the viewing, whether I know them or not, to let them know that they are in my thoughts and prayers. Those families who have weathered the crisis the best are those who have chosen to celbrate the life of the young person, focusing on the short life of their son or daughter, their friends, and their experiences.

Hi, That was a very nice thing you did, I lost my son, it will be 2 years in nov. he graduated at midterm the year before and his sister was finishing her last year in elementary, A couple of her teachers come to the funeral home even though they did not know him to show their respects to lacy, That meant alot, especially since a couple of the teachers was not lacy's, You have been doing a great thing and I know i really apreciate it because I am a parent of the death of a young one, Thank you so much, I know you have to be a great person, Lisa
