HELP! I'm Falling!

I'm really trying to accept that he doesn't love me and move on... I find myself crying at a drop of a hat! I try to find things to keep me busy! I still have not fully soaked in that he ended our 7yr relationship. I'm so heart broken.... All I want to have is some time to myself... My son is young...
