I, also, have just quit smoking after 40 years!! I stopped smoking on Jan 1, 2008. I am currently using a nicotine inhaler and Wellbutrin. So far so good. I have done this before, however, and usually start smoking again within a year. The longest I quit before was 3 years and, yep, I started again. That seems to be the most difficult part of this addiction. I am looking for a buddie to talk to and visa versa. Especially when tempted to go buy cigarrets. I really need to stay quit this time. I have also gained weight in the past and really don't need to put on any more lbs. I am overweight now. Exercise doesn't seem to help but maybe I'm not doing enough. Look forward to hearing from you.
