Let's talk more about ACORN

Posted on Oct 12, 2008 8:24 PM

A 7 year old girl was registered to vote by ACORN in Ct. I think they should throw out every registration that has ACORN"s name on it and make people reregister at their normal place of registration.

Oh! That's not even the beginning!!!

Also, have you noticd the Obama campaign trying to urge voters to vote early? Hmmmm, I wonder if ACORN has anything to do with that? I read an article about a guy that said that ACORN had him register 15 times, even though he kept telling them that he already had. How do these people sleep at night knowing what they are doing. It sounds like a bunch of bullies to me!

I also watched a film about ACORN and out of 1,800 so-called registrants, only 41 were actually legit.

If Obama wins I will seriously question if it is for real. I don't think he is above cheating like this and just shows how desparate he is to have to resort to this. (even though Obama followers swear that he has nothing to do with ACORN....yeah right!)

So, basically you are saying the "Registrar Offices" in all these areas are not doing their jobs.
Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN) representatives do not qualify votes, that is the responsiblity of each "Registrar Office".
Sounds like the problem, you see is that record number of minorities are registering to vote for the first time in their life, cause they see Obama as a "Ray of Light" in a dark and lonely world. Where historically in American their needs and the needs of their children have gone unaddressed!
Funny things about this is, this play came from the "majority play book" that has been used in American and around the world for ever!
The Civil Rights movement used this back in the day! Gandhi used it to overcome British rule in India! Cesar Chazes used it to win rights for farmers.
Don't hate - Congratulate................United We Stand, Divided We Falls - Americans see that now!

In the 2004 presidential election there were 4,609 more votes than there was ballots in Millwaukee. Last week they indicted a convicted felon working for ACORN which is a crime. The news out of Milwaukee every election is filled with arrests for various illegal election tampering and fraud. Please read about Michael McGee's son Also Michael and all of his illegal political escapades.

Thank you for clarifying this story.

So, it has nothing to do with Obama, cause last time I checked, Obama did not run for president in '04!

Whew................ROFL!

My state requires and I.D. in order to vote. That I.D. is checked against the list of voters in my precinct and I cannot vote unless they match.

If someone choses to register to vote using a false name, they won't have a valid I.D. and will be unable to vote.

What is the problem?

Again, what does ACORN have to do with the Obama campaign?

It seems like Obama is being held responsible for a lot of things!
BTW, here in Cali, you need a government issued ID to vote, as well. I have lived in a number of states (MS, NY, IN, MI, NM, KS) and they all require a government issued ID to vote. In fact you cannot get on an airplane in America without a government issued ID. So how can anyone vote without one?

Did you have an issue with this issue four years ago?
The People of those states need to flex their muscles to change the policies.
Again, that is not an Obama issue.
If people register more than once because their state does not have policies to prevent it, then if McCain win, we can say it was fraud, and same will be true is Obama wins!
Again I do not understand the issue, at least not where Obama is concerned!

We have a Democratic governor who votes against election reform here. Nothing can be done about corruption if these people keep getting elected.

There is plenty out there connecting Obama and ACORN, his paying of a check to an orginization where ACORN gets money. There is more There is no check from McCain. Oh i have no doubt that if McCain wins there will be accusations of voter fraud even if there is none.

I think someone might be giving you false information. If you go online to vote411 and the state like WISCONSIN for instance, they will inform the voter on the voter requirements. For instance in WISCONSIN they will tell the voter the type of IDENTIFICATION necessary, because in fact the voter will need identification.

I agree with you what does Barack Obama have to do with ACORN? Some people have questioned why the Obama campaign would tell people to vote early. Could it possibly be due to the FACT during the last election voters in some areas had to wait SIX HOURS to vote?
