Forgive them...

...they do not know what they are doing....

Give your other cheek... says Jesus...

Accept the unawareness of a painbody, let it dissolve in "your" Presence... says Eckart Tolle

only a very aware person can fight unawareness without being drugged self into it... he adds...

Just to name 2 of our beloved teachers, who inspired us to meet here and come close - all with the same aim ...

To wake up to the Truth of who we are ... and by that transform the world too....

Yet it seems that we so often choose the easy way of old patterned defend=attack reaction, when our emotions get offended, when our expectations are not met.

Hit back, paf...... here he/she goes, that is what he/she deserves.... paf, bum, grrr ...

Yeah, we have been doing this for centuries, playing good guys against bad guys, fighting for being right... and we still do. Carrying the stories of being a victim into our Nows. And it can be so overwhelmingly powerful those stories of injustice , that we do mobilize our old instincts and hurray for the war... fighting on the good side of course, in God's name.

And the smart ego is happy, still alive - and now with a new identity, ready for a holly war.... :)

Well, all is fine really... just observing...

Love and Gratitude :x

and happy Independent day to all of us... free and independent of any dictatorship, including our own...

Hello Susannah...

spreading your love bombs/bumps allover...

You know - since we speak about birds sometimes - I thought about you yesterday. We have been dining on the terasse and on the anthenne? there sits an ouzel and sang... solo song ... one man show.:)... for about 15 minutes.... I have rarely been so moved by a performance like this little sweetheart's ... amazingly beautiful! And I think he felt the love and gratitude of his public... and went on and on, more and more beautiful, celebrating and praising the beauty of Life.... what a prayer!...

and I beleive there is a nightingale in my garden too.... when to check the nightingale's voice on the internet.... I do think it is him...

how privileged can one be? :)

see you soon dear friend :x

I had to look up ouzel on the computer. It wasn't listed in my bird book.

Privledged, indeed!!

Two days ago a hummingbird swooped down to check out my petunia's in my garden as my family and I sat quietly visiting. We were all enchanted!

Always a pleasure running into YOU, my musical friend!

Really? Is ouzel an exotic bird to you? wow, you see, how relative ...

There are hundreds of them here, one of the moost common birds . It is in family with those "robins"? those birds we talked about, the apple likers!

So, now it's my turn to google the humming bird... Wow! That's exotic!! I never saw /heard one, lucky you!

Ok, I will try to tell the ouzel to fly for a tour of concert over to you, and you might talk to the hummingbird .... :)

I had just never heard the name before. The site I googled said they are in the same family as the black bird. Odd that they aren't mentioned in my book.

We have lots of robins, here, too!! And, lots of black birds!

Next time I see a hummingbird, I'll send it your way. :x Look forward to a visit from your ouzel!

Have to get going, now. Have a great day!
