dear ones,
i am an adult/adhd/dyslexic..
i know i need to figure out how and what to eat each day..
anyone here who is into being mindful in their eating??
if so...
what do you eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner.....
i just need a guide,,,for healty living so i feel better and energetic ect..
