Hot flashes gone, since reading ANE!!

I have not been experiencing any hot flashes for about a month. I'm not sure if this is temporary or not, it's really quite amazing. After reading ANE I've noticed feelings of peace. I find myself not worrying about tomorrow. I'm trying to live in the present moment and seems to be working for me. I had to share this with everyone, I'm so excited!! Thanks to Eckert and Oprah!!

I'm glad that you have had a good experience with this book but be careful. Keeping our eyes on our eternal future is as important as enjoying every day. :)

That makes sense since they believe Hot Flashes are started by anxiety.
