HI, here you go. It's on the show page:

So far two people have posted what they wrote down.
4 stalks celery
1 cucumber
1 cup spinach
1 apple
1 lemon
1/2" piece ginger
Mix in blender.

I just tried it--did 1/2 of the recipe, (a full recipe will not fit
into my standard sized blender) Also, I used ground ginger rather than
fresh. On the board today it also mentioned parsley but I didn't get
that from the list I wrote from the show. It was good. Thicker than it
looked on TV, very tangy.
Here's what I remember of Dr. Oz's green drink
1 cup of Spinach
1 large Apple
½ inch of Ginger
1 Cucumber
4 stalks of Celery
1 Lemon
1 Lime
<!-- BEGIN attachments --><!-- END attachments --><!-- BEGIN content details -->
The site says parsley on the site, but I don't remember seeing that on the show.
Hi, I do not believe he gave out amounts on the show. I can double check but from what I recall from watching it he didn't say exact amounts, only ingredients.

You have to use a juice machine, not a blender. That's why others on here are saying that it's thicker than what he had on the shown.
