I don't remember the lime or the parsley. Everything else looks right.

My husband and I were watching the show and we got the ingredients, but didn't get the amounts or any information about peeling the cucumber, lemon or lime. We need that info too. Hopefully someone heard and has written it down.

Thanks for the measurements for the "fresh" drink. Dr. Oz didn't mention the lime when talking about the drink. But, later when cutting away to commercial, they did mention the exact measurements then and the lime was mentioned there as well as the parsley. I'm assuming the peel from the cucumber goes in as well. Anyone have any other ideas?

The one thing that has been left out is that you don't blend the ingredients, you have to have a juice machine. It extracts the liquids out of the ingredients.

Did you try the recipe in a juicer?

I thought they used a blender, but the juicer would be a little healthier. Do you think anyone from "O" ever reads these sights and might respond with the difinitive answer !

Dr. Oz said to blend the drink and they showed a blender. I just tried it with no luck at all. There isn't enough liquid to get anything to move! I'm frustrated because I don't have a juicer and really want to try it. I got all excited when they said blender because I thought, "hey, I can do that!"--Tammy
