If you havent tried Dr. OZ's pumpkin muffins DO! They are fantastic and use Chia seeds featured on one of the Dr. OZ Oprah shows. I decided to experiment with the recipe, and came up with a great way to increase the amount of chia seeds added awhile adding nutrition.
CHANGES:
1. Instead of adding 1 cup of maple suyrup I added 1 cup of backstrap molassas
ADDITIONS:
1. An extra tablespoon chai ground up (for a total of two)
2. Half cup of applesauce (no sugar added - I use organic applesauce)
