Ok so I'm not sure if you where looking for suggestions but i'd like to offer my opinion. first of all you have to decide if your unhappy with your hair or if your unhappy with your hair on your head! If its your hair then you have to decide what style and color you like and learn how to maintain it! Any stylist that does your hair can teach you how to do that in 20 min! Now if its your hair on YOUR HEAD then that makes everything different! You must always draw attention towards the good and away from the less desirable. If you have a smaller rounder face and head, a perm is probably going to make your head look even rounder than it already is because the curls are uniformly rolled to your head. this is even more true if you have light thin hair. If you want your head to appear more proportionate you need to make your hair shorter, darker and bigger!! You either need to make it very short with some height on top or something similar to bob but very short in the back that gets longer towards the front of your face. I've always called it an "a-line" cut but everyone calls it something different. It gives thin hair much needed body and height in the back and the front is going to make your face appear to be longer. The next thing is if your hair is thin and kind of dull or life-less light colors are only going to point it out for you! Darker hair appears to be thicker than light hair!! If you feel like you need it to be light then try a golden to medium brown with dark blonde high-lights. Hope I was able to help you out some and best of luck with everything!
