BRITTNEY SPEARS

I THINK BRITTNEY IS SUFFERING FROM POST-PARDON DEPRESSION. I THINK THAT THE MEDIA SHOULD NOT BE MAKING FUN OF HER, BUT TRYING TO GET HER SOME HELP. REMEMBER SHE HAD TWO SONS BACK ON BACK. UNTIL SHE GETS THE PROPER HELP I DON'T THINK HER BEHAVIOR IS GOING TO CHANGE. IF YOU TAKE NOTICED HER PROBLEM DIDN'T START UNTIL AFTER SHE HAD HER TWO SONS. I WENT THROUGH THE SAME POST PARDON DEPRESSION AFTER HAVING CHILDREN.

I too also feel that Ms. Spears is suffering from postpartum depression. Having a child no matter how much money you have is a huge change. It takes some getting used to and when you do not have a srtong support system whether it be from the father or elsewhere it's even harder. I feel she needs to recognize that she truly has some issues and truly commit to a program of healing. Ultimately it is her life and the life of her children on the line. If having two kids does not make you want to be a better woman what will. She needs to draw on strength from unseen places and see this through, I'm praying for her recovery and her kids well being.

Here in France I tend to be very sckeptical. She has everything on earth to be happy, I mean, compared to millions of people who experiment far more sever problems. Her and her relativesmost probably have all the money possible to get great psychologists to help her. I guess this is because her family is not very caring with her right now. I am not blaming britney spears, as i cannot imagine what it feels like to have your youth taken away by business, but still, she is famous, many young girls look at her as a model, she should be careful with what she does. That's not fun playing the fool around with stupid women like Paris Hilton, smoking, eating junk food and getting drunk.
Oh, come on, let's stop feeling that sorry for her. Do you really think she's got post-pardon trauma? If so, and i think it may be possible, this cannot be the only reason.Anyway, I wish her every success in the future, and that she will recover and get her mental health back. If I was a member of her family, I would do something so that she could react.
I don't know, in France we regard this "britney issue" as a bit, er..too much of a stupid thing. Maybe I am intolerant? I don't know, but I do not really want to feel so much pity about her, I think we've been talking too much about all this. She should react, she's a mum, she has to do what it takes to overcome the obstacles. No longer a "lolita"!!!

I think we tend to have excuses for everything. No matter what someone does, there's an excuse for it. Maybe she is just overwhelmed with having 2 kids, her career is not what it used to be, she's messing around with the wrong people..staying out all night drinking and no doubt using drugs. She needs to clean up her act and be a mother to her kids. Someone needs to step in and handle her because they always knew how to step in before. When she was doing great, people were crawling out of the woodwork. When she's having issues, everybody just points at her and talks about her. She's obviously having a problem and people shouldn't make fun of her. She needs help.

I have friends who have had children and have suffered from post pardom depression and they have not behaved the way Brittany Spears has. If the pressure of being Famous has effected her that badly then she needs to get out of the limelight, not flash her bits everywhere. Its attention seeking pure and simple, the more attention the media give her, the more she is going to act up. Sorry if this sounds harsh but she needs to grow up.

Brittney is a human being first and foremost. I do not know her and will not even presume to make judgement calls on how she lives her life. I will say it is a sad day in any life when the most painful experiences that most of us would like to keep private are so blatantly exposed and expounded upon especially by strangers who do not know the people personally. I think most people would be affronted by the audacity of those who extemporize about things they do not have first hand knowledge of. From all appearances being a celebrity sucks except for the money, but then again what do I know.

Let me ask you a question. Is her life really anyone business?

I've never understood why people get so involved with celebrities lives etc. So this person is going through problems right now. Don't we all? I feel sorry that celebrities in coutnries like America, and Britian have to deal with the press broadcasting their private life through out the world, and think it is really time that people grew up and butted out of the lives of celebrities, stop buying the gossip rags, and let these people live their lives. Was Princess Diana's death not enough for the public to grow up and allow these people to have their private lives.

Here's my answer to Britney's "problems" and to all other celebs!

You see/hear all these stories about celebrities or professional athletes getting arrested for DUI and/or demolishing their $100,000 vehicles and acting like complete fools after boozing it up around town. It's just not good publicity for them. Do I really care? No - not really. But I know today's youth look up to these people as potential role models and dream to one day maybe be just like them. It's also kind of sad, too -- you got your Britney Spears' or Lindsay Lohan's or your......well, pick any (Cincinnati) Bengal for that matter.....and it's sad they have to do that stuff to themselves. Well, here is my answer for them: GET A PERSONAL CHEAUFFER!! That's right....hire someone to drive you around while you get your drunk on and get home or to your hotel safely and keep your name and picture off the front pages of the newspapers or out of the Tabloids altogether and have some dignity and let these kids have some respect for you and your cronies.

These Hollywood Honeys or these Pro ball players or any celebrity need to know that if they need someone to "take care of them" while they are in town, I will be more than happy to be his or her personal driver for like $500 for the evening. I would drive their vehicle, of course! Heck - fly me out to their stomping grounds in California or Vegas or wherever and I'll do it for like 2 Grand for the whole week!! Not like they don't have the money. I think people would really admire them for doing something like that instead of letting the fame go to their head and jeopardizing others.

I don't care about Britney. She looks for the paparazzi so she can get her picture taken. There are repeated reports of Britney calling places to see if the paparazzi is there so she can stop by. People have said she would drive around on freeways hitting celebrity hot spots just to get her picture taken. I think Britney was always crazy in her own way and it finally came out. I use to think it was postpartum depression but I don't know now. If she had only left Kevin Federline alone and maybe Justin Timberlake too, she would be like she was before. Seems like after and Justin hooked up then broke up she went crazy and started dating random people. Also seems like she hooks up with almost every guy she meets now as well. Her parents suck too. What kind of parents will sit back and watch their child act like this? I don't know. My mother would have killed me a long time ago if I had act like Britney.

Postpartum (not "post pardon")!! Don't you read? I thought you were making a pun at first, which would have been amusing, if, let's say, Brittney was Pardoned by a Judge, this could have been Post Pardon (as in after the Pardon), but you're servious! For future reference, it is Postpartum Depression. (aka postnatal which is Latin for "after childbirth).

Anyway, I don't think that is the only reason for Brittney's acting out. It's too much, too young. I don't believe she was ready for two little kids. If she had to get married, she could have postponed having children until later. Till she was ready to devote her time to them instead of going out and partying every night. Poor little kids.

Hello,
I think Brittney Spears brought all her problems on herself. And some of her so called friends didn't help.If I had my children taken from me I'd be the very next day to doing something. No what did Brittney do? She wen't out on the town. This made me sick. She loves all the cameras around.Heck she's the one who calls them to where she's going to be.If she wanted to be a good mother she should put her life style she in now on the back burner work to get her children back and get out of the lime life for about a year.Give your whole self to your children.Let those precious little boys get to really know their mommy. She really needs to get a real life with her children. Why make those beautiful little boys suffer? Get a grip Brittney for your childrens sake.

If Britney does is it is news. If Tasha or Maria from down the street did it no one would really care. Sad.

Okay, I came in hoping to find some 'mature' opinions on this.
Somehow, grasping (I don't speak engines) for chit chat with my 33 year old son on the phone ....
I mentioned I felt so sorry for Brittany, as she just goes from one hell hole to another.
He (husband/father of 2 girls) had NO sympathy.
Was that Male?
Or was that 33?

I think you are right becuse I also suffered post-pardon depression and its been a couple of years now. Seems when people banger you more they contribute to the depression. Sure she has millions, but sometimes money is not everything. Alot of millionaires have committed suicide.
