I didn't have one AHA moment. I had several or at the very least, moments when the words resonated deeply. I Coach for a living and have been taught and trained to be present. I thought I was doing a pretty good job (ego!). Reading this reminded me how much deeper I can go, how not present I am most of the time and how much of my life I do live in ego. It was of great benefit to become aware of this. The awareness of things began immediately. This awareness is powerful. This awareness is life changing.

I feel exactly the same, there is always more to uncover and learn, what an adventure we as souls signed up for!
Thank goodness, life wouldn't be any fun .,I hope your awareness reaches all those you work with and care for! It is such a gift!

Ellen, Do you listen to Caroline Myss? Sacred Contracts? Entering the Castle? What about Deepak Chopra? The Book of Secrets.

Carolyn Myss I have listened to and read. Deepak is a definite yes! I actually saw him speak when he was in Toronto in 2006. He's a wonderful speaker. It was the first time in a long time I heard a concert hall full of thousands of people be absolutely still. The only other time I have witnessed that was with Nelson Mandela. I am so excited about the awakening that is going on. People are tuning in.

The Book of Secrets by Deepak what I have been listening to and reading lately. It is GREAT!
